We are looking for motivated and qualified Collection Telecallers to join our team. The selected candidates will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue payments, following up on payment commitments, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending or overdue payments.
Communicate politely and professionally to resolve payment-related queries.
Follow up on promised payment dates.
Maintain daily calling reports and update customer records in the CRM or Excel.
Meet assigned collection targets while following company policies.
Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 12th pass preferred.




Freshers can apply; collection or telecalling experience is an advantage.
Good Hindi communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary & Benefits
Monthly salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000, depending on experience.
