Key Responsibilities
Identify and track relevant tenders on GeM Portal and other government tendering platforms.
Prepare techno-commercial bids, tender documents, BOQs, and cost estimates.
Handle online bid submission, tender documentation, and EMD / PBG requirements.
Analyze tender specifications, drawings, and BOQs to prepare accurate estimates.
Coordinate with internal departments for technical and commercial inputs.
Prepare quotations, comparative statements, and rate analysis.
Monitor tender status, corrigendums, deadlines, and bid openings.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
2–4 years of experience in Tendering & Estimation.
Hands-on experience with GeM Portal (Government e-Marketplace) is mandatory.
Knowledge of government tendering processes and e-procurement portals.
Proficiency in MS Excel and tender documentation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
