Key Responsibilities

 Leverage existing relationships with EV dealers, distributors, and channel partners to createbusiness opportunities for the company's solar products.

 Develop and expand a solid dealer and distributor network to drive sales of rooftop,commercial, and industrial solar solutions.

 Appoint EV dealers as authorised channel partners for the company's solar products and enablethem to market and sell solar solutions to their customer base.

 Identify customers purchasing EVs or setting up EV charging infrastructure and promote solarsolutions.

 Work closely with channel partners to generate leads, convert enquiries, and achieve targets.

 Train and support EV dealers on the company's solar product portfolio, value proposition, pricing,and sales process.

 Conduct joint customer meetings with channel partners to promote solar solutions and closebusiness opportunities.

 Build long-term relationships with EV channel partners.

 Monitor channel partner performance, sales pipeline, and business conversion.





 Represent the company at EV industry events, dealer meets, exhibitions, and networking forumsto expand the solar partner network.

Key Skills & Competencies

 Solid network of EV dealers, distributors, charging infrastructure companies, fleet operators, orEV OEMs.

 Proven experience in dealer/distributor development and channel management.

 Robust sales acumen with the ability to generate revenue through channel partners.

 Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

 Self-driven with a robust focus on achieving business targets.

 Willingness to travel extensively within South India.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
