Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Officer to drive business growth by acquiring new customers, mobilizing deposits, sourcing loan proposals, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate current business for fixed deposits (FDs), recurring deposits (RDs), savings accounts, loans, and other society products.
Conduct field visits, generate leads, and acquire recent customers.
Mobilize deposits from individuals, businesses, and institutions.
Promote deposit schemes and grow Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) business.
Source loan proposals, collect and verify documents, and coordinate with the credit team.
Build and maintain customer relationships, provide product information, and resolve customer queries.
Follow up on overdue instalments and support loan recovery and collection activities.




Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and local promotional activities.
Maintain daily sales call reports, lead generation records, and weekly/monthly business reports.
Ensure compliance with KYC, AML guidelines, and internal society policies.
Maintain customer confidentiality and accurate records.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
