Job Vacancy: Telecaller / CRE
Electric Vehicle (EV) Car Dealership
Job Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and inquiries.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
Schedule test drives, showroom visits, and service appointments.
Follow up on sales leads, customer feedback, and pending inquiries.
Maintain customer databases and update CRM records.
Coordinate with the Sales and Service Teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge and customer-handling skills.
Experience in telecalling, CRM, or automobile sales is preferred.
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
Location: Udaipur
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
