Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled IT Recruitment & Operations Executive with over 3 years of experience to manage end-to-end IT recruitment along with supporting operational tasks. The ideal candidate will handle high-volume IT hiring while ensuring smooth HR and operational processes.

Key Skills:
Primary: IT recruitment, sourcing strategies, candidate screening, technical role hiring, full-cycle recruitment.
Secondary: HR operations, Employee Engagement, data management, onboarding, reporting, process coordination,

Key Responsibilities:
IT Recruitment
Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles, including developers, testers, system admins, and other technical positions.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and qualified networks.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely updates.




Maintain accurate recruitment records and IT candidate databases.

Operations
Support HR and operational processes, including data management, reporting, and employee onboarding.
Assist in maintaining employee records and coordination with internal teams.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications / Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment and HR operations.
MBA
Demonstrated ability to adopt an AI-first mindset and leverage AI-driven tools to enhance productivity, innovation, and decision-making within the role.
Solid knowledge of IT recruitment, sourcing techniques, and technical skill assessment.
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage high-volume IT recruitment along with operational responsibilities.
