Job Summary

Alipore Bungalow is looking for well-groomed, courteous, and service-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join its Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, a pleasant personality, and the ability to deliver personalised dining experiences while maintaining high standards of guest service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings.
Take accurate orders and coordinate with the kitchen for timely service.
Serve food and beverages professionally, following proper service etiquette.
Ensure tables are properly set up and maintained before, during, and after service.
Attend to guest requests and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
Handle guest feedback and complaints courteously and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the restaurant and service areas.
Coordinate with kitchen and other team members for smooth restaurant operations.
Assist with table reservations, billing, and payment collection wherever required.
Maintain proper mise-en-place and replenish service stations.
Support special dining arrangements, private events, and property functions.





Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 10th / 12th pass; hospitality qualification preferred.
1–3 years of experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés, or fine-dining establishments preferred.
Freshers with a strong interest in hospitality may also apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Fluency in Bengali and Hindi; basic English communication preferred.
Customer-oriented approach with a qualified attitude.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
