Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Profisee MDM, including data models, workflows, hierarchies and data quality rules.
Develop and maintain matching and survivorship rules to identify duplicate records and establish golden records.
Perform data profiling, validation, reconciliation and troubleshooting using advanced SQL.
Analyze and onboard recent data sources into the MDM workplace.
Prepare source-to-target mapping documents and technical design documentation.
Perform data quality assessments and resolve data inconsistencies across multiple systems.
Work with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and validate master data.
Support data onboarding, MDM implementation and system integration initiatives.
Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting and reconciliation.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate requirements into practical MDM solutions.
Understand ETL and data integration processes to support source system onboarding.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend improvements to data quality and management processes.
