Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

·Creative Design: Develop visually engaging creatives for social media, digital campaigns, performance marketing ads, websites, and other advertising formats.

·Design Software Expertise: Strong hands-on proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant design tools.

·AI-Powered Creativity: Practical experience using AI-based creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, and other generative AI platforms for visual creation and enhancement.

·Creative Thinking: Robust understanding of design aesthetics, typography, layouts, colour theory, and brand guidelines, with the ability to translate briefs into compelling visuals.

·Agency Experience:



Ability to work on multiple brands, manage tight deadlines, adapt creatives across platforms, and collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account management teams.

·Additional Skills: Knowledge of motion graphics, basic video editing (After Effects/Premiere Pro), and emerging digital design trends will be an added advantage.
