We are looking for a skilled and motivated Network Support Engineer to join our team in Trivandrum. The candidate should have good technical knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain network devices.
Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
Configure and manage routers, switches, and access points.
Handle network cabling and infrastructure setup.
Perform basic firewall configuration and troubleshooting.
Provide technical support for network-related issues.
Assist with CCTV and network infrastructure installations.
Monitor network performance and ensure smooth connectivity.

Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.




1–2 years of experience in networking or IT support.
Positive knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networking.
Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
Knowledge of structured cabling is preferred.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.
