Job Description:
Vardhman Finserv is looking for confident and persuasive Telecallers to connect with potential clients, explain Demat and trading account services, and generate leads for account opening.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients.
Explain Demat and trading account advantages.
Convince prospects and generate quality leads.
Follow up with interested clients and assist with account opening.
Maintain call records and achieve daily targets.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Confidence in handling customer queries and objections.
Basic computer knowledge.
Sales or telecalling experience preferred; freshers can apply.
Target-oriented and positive attitude.

Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month, with incentives as per company policy.
