Key Responsibilities 1. E-commerce Management Manage and optimize online sales channels (website, marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) Monitor product listings, pricing, and inventory coordination Ensure smooth order processing, payment tracking, and delivery coordination Improve conversion rates and overall user experience 2. Digital Marketing Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) Handle SEO, SEM, and social media marketing Create and manage content for promotions (posters, videos, banners) Track and analyze campaign performance 3. Content & Branding Coordinate creation of brochures, product creatives, and promotional videos Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms Manage social media pages and engagement 4. Performance Tracking & Analytics Monitor KPIs like traffic, conversions, ROI, and sales growth Use tools like Google Analytics and Ads Manager for insights Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
