Job Description: Dispatch Executive – Heavy Loading

Location: Sanand GIDC, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Department: Dispatch / Logistics
Experience: 2–5 years preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch Executive to manage heavy-load material dispatch, vehicle coordination, documentation, and timely delivery of goods from our facility at Sanand GIDC.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules for heavy materials.
Arrange suitable vehicles, including heavy trucks, trailers, and multi-axle vehicles.
Coordinate with transporters, drivers, warehouse staff, and production teams.
Prepare dispatch documents, delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and LR/GR.
Ensure proper loading, material verification, weight checks, and vehicle placement.




Track vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Maintain dispatch registers, vehicle records, and daily dispatch reports.
Follow safety procedures during heavy loading and unloading operations.
Resolve transportation delays and maintain dispatch records.

Required Skills
Knowledge of dispatch and logistics operations.
Experience in heavy loading and industrial material handling.
Knowledge of Excel, ERP/SAP, and dispatch documentation.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple dispatches and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
