Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and agile Center Head – Lab Operations to oversee the overall functioning of a diagnostic laboratory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily laboratory operations, ensuring quality standards, improving operational efficiency, and leading the laboratory team.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the diagnostic laboratory.
Manage laboratory staff, including technicians, phlebotomists, and support teams.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of laboratory samples and reports.
Maintain quality control, quality assurance, and NABL standards.
Monitor TAT (Turnaround Time) and ensure timely report delivery.
Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
Handle customer and patient queries and resolve operational issues.
Monitor operational performance, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Coordinate with doctors, hospital management, and other departments.




Drive business growth and improve overall center performance.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc/M.Sc MLT) or relevant qualification.
MBA in Hospital Management / Healthcare Management will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

Experience
Min 1 year of experience in diagnostic laboratory operations.
Candidates with experience managing diagnostic centers or laboratories will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
