Key Responsibilities
Facilitate workshops on health, hygiene, parenting, financial literacy and life skills.
Build trust-based relationships with community members across all age groups.
Identify families in need and connect them with support services.
Support youth engagement through sports clubs and recreational activities.
Assist with community surveys.
Maintain session records and feedback.
Work collaboratively with the team and share feedback with IIDA.

Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Social Work, Community Development, Psychology or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in community outreach, NGO work or social services.
Experience working with low-income urban communities is strongly preferred.

Comfortable conducting group sessions and one-on-one conversations.
Empathetic and non-judgmental approach.
Valuable organisational and time-management skills.
Fluent in Tamil – Essential.




Comfortable speaking in English.
Genuine interest in community development and social work.
Resilient and adaptable to field-based work.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
