Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements and preferences.
Explain product details, designs, quality, pricing, gold purity, diamond specifications, and making charges.
Showcase jewellery collections and suggest suitable products based on customer needs and budget.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Handle customer enquiries, negotiate professionally, and convert enquiries into sales.
Assist customers with billing, payment, exchange, and order-related processes.
Maintain proper jewellery display and ensure products are presented attractively.
Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on recent collections and market trends.
Ensure proper handling and security of jewellery items.
Coordinate with the store manager and team for smooth store operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
