Job Description -
Location: Pune WFO
Department: Human Resources
Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR (Pursuing or Recently Completed)
Experience: 6 month intern in IT recruitment
Duration 12 Month
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Support employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
Support HR reporting,
Required Skills
Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Solid interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
