We are looking for an experienced and motivated Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:
Market and place consultants on bench across the US IT market
Work with implementation partners, vendors, and direct clients
Generate leads and identify suitable requirements
Negotiate rates and close deals
Maintain solid vendor/client relationships
Handle submissions, interview coordination, and follow-ups
Maintain daily activity and placement reports

Requirements:
Experience in Bench Sales / IT Recruitment preferred
Solid knowledge of the US IT staffing market




Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Comfortable working in US shift timings

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 + Incentives
