About Us:

MMW Corps Pvt Ltd is a growing company in Dehradun. We are expanding our internal HR team and looking for a passionate HR Recruiter who can build our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Customer Support / Telecalling / Internal roles
Sourcing candidates via Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, Referrals & Social Media
Screening resumes, conducting initial HR rounds & scheduling F2F interviews (like our upcoming drive on 30th Oct)
Maintaining recruitment database and daily hiring reports
Coordinating with Hiring Managers for requirements & closures
Achieving daily / weekly joining targets

Requirements - Mandatory:
*Minimum 2 Years of Experience in RECRUITMENT Only.
Must have experience in Bulk Hiring / Volume Hiring




Should be based in Dehradun or willing to relocate to Dehradun
Valuable knowledge of job portals - Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Must be able to join quickly
