Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through inbound and outbound calls and live chat.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Update customer information and interactions in the system.
Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance targets.
Follow company policies and customer service guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate candidates can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Positive English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to multitask between calls and chat conversations.
Positive attitude and solid problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹19,500.00 - ₹29,500.00 per month
