JOB DESCRIPTION – SENIOR ENGINEER

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Biomedical, Polymer, or a relevant engineering field

Location: Sultanpur, Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in medical device manufacturing to manage engineering activities, improve manufacturing processes, and ensure product quality.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and monitor medical device manufacturing processes.
Troubleshoot production and process-related issues.
Improve productivity and reduce rejection and rework.
Prepare and maintain engineering documents, SOPs, and work instructions.
Support new product development and engineering trials.
Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and company quality procedures.
Support process validation and equipment qualification activities.
Coordinate with Production, Quality,



R&D;, and Maintenance teams.
Train and guide technicians and junior engineers.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and production targets.

Required Skills
4–6 years of experience in medical device manufacturing.
Knowledge of ISO 13485 and quality management systems.
Positive problem-solving and technical skills.
Knowledge of process validation and root cause analysis.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in catheter manufacturing, tubing, assembly, extrusion, or related processes is preferred.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
