JOB DESCRIPTION – DIE MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Position: Die Maintenance Engineer
Department: Maintenance / Tool Room
Qualification: ITI Fitter / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 2–5 Years
Job Location:Halol
Industry: Manufacturing / Automotive / Sheet Metal Fabrication
Job Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of dies and press tools.
Inspect, repair, and maintain dies used in sheet metal stamping and press operations.
Troubleshoot die-related problems such as dimensional variation, burrs, cracks, and improper cutting.
Carry out die dismantling, assembly, fitting, grinding, polishing, and spotting activities.
Perform maintenance of punches, dies, guide pillars, bushes, springs, and other tool components.
Identify and rectify die wear, misalignment, and damage to minimi
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
