Key Responsibilities:

● Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day communication.

● Understand client briefs, expectations and requirements, and communicate them effectively to

internal teams.

● Coordinate with creative, production, operations and other teams to ensure smooth execution

of deliverables.

● Prepare and share proposals, presentations, updates and other client-related communication.

● Track project timelines, deliverables, approvals and client commitments.

● Proactively follow up with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely closures.

● Address client queries and concerns promptly and ensure appropriate resolution.

● Maintain transparent documentation of client discussions, briefs, changes and approvals.

● Be actively involved in event planning and on-ground execution to ensure client expectations are met.





● Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and build long-term relationships.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Hospitality or related field
2–5 years of experience in events, hospitality or operations coordination
Experience handling vendors and guest management preferred
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
