About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist customers through text and chat. You will answer product-related questions, guide customers through setup, and help resolve common issues.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer messages with transparent, polite, and accurate information.




Guide customers through product setup and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain records of customer queries and the steps taken to resolve them.
Escalate technical issues to the appropriate team and keep customers updated.

Qualifications and Requirements
Valuable communication skills, especially the ability to write clear and friendly replies.
Patience and professionalism when assisting customers.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
