Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer interests and recommend suitable products based on their preferences.
Manage customer interactions before, during, and after their store visit.
Contact customers to share product updates, current arrivals, and relevant offers.
Maintain regular communication with customers to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
Record customer details, preferences, and interaction history in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the store sales team to ensure smooth customer service.
Identify opportunities to increase customer visits, repeat sales, and referrals.
Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive experience at every touchpoint.




Track customer feedback and share useful insights with the store management team.
Support customer engagement activities, promotional campaigns, and special events.
Follow company policies and maintain skilled standards while interacting with customers.

Qualifications and Skills
Graduate/Class 12th pass in any discipline preferred.
1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, retail sales, hospitality, or a similar field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
