Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible VMC Operator to operate Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) machines and manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate VMC machines and perform machining operations.
Read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Perform component setting, tool setting, and offset adjustments.
Inspect components using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Height Gauges.
Maintain component quality and achieve production targets.
Follow safety procedures and maintain machine cleanliness.
Report machining issues and tool wear to the supervisor.

Required Skills:
Experience in operating VMC machines.
Knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
Basic knowledge of CNC controls and machining processes.
Knowledge of Mitsubishi control is an added advantage.
Ability to maintain quality and production standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
