Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures of open positions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various departments, including Sales, Accounts, Administration, Operations, and Technical roles.
Source candidates through Naukri, WorkIndia, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain regular communication.
Negotiate salary, discuss notice periods, and coordinate offer releases.
Manage joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding of selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly hiring reports.




Ensure timely closure of open positions as per the company's hiring requirements.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Required Skills
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Robust sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, WorkIndia, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Good negotiation and convincing skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR will be preferred).
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience in B2B, Sales, and Non-IT hiring will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and achieve hiring targets.

Candidate joining ratio.
Interview-to-selection ratio.
Quality of candidates sourced.
Recruitment target achievement.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
