We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries while building solid relationships with customers and sellers.

The role involves providing customer support, resolving service-related issues, assisting users with our e-commerce platform, and identifying potential sellers to expand our platform's seller network.

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with product information, orders, payments, shipping, returns, and exchanges.
Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions, escalating issues when necessary.
Identify and generate leads for potential sellers and businesses interested in joining the e-commerce platform.
Contact prospective sellers, explain platform perks, and follow up to encourage registration.
Assist new sellers with registration, account setup, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, seller leads, transactions, and feedback.




Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth seller onboarding.
Monitor customer and seller feedback, suggest improvements, and stay updated on company policies and platform functionalities.

Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
0–1 years of experience in customer support, preferably in eCommerce or retail.
Excellent command of English and Hindi.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Robust problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high-volume inquiries with patience and professionalism.
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, order management, and CRM tools is a plus.
Team-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Mavelikara, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
