Position: Sales Manager – Real Estate

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team, generate leads, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets for residential and investment plots.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Generate and convert leads into successful property sales.
Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, negotiations, and site visits.
Promote residential plots and real estate investment prospects.
Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and business growth.
Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor team performance and prepare sales reports.

Requirements:
Experience in real estate sales and team management preferred.
Solid communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Target-oriented attitude with the ability to close deals.
Knowledge of property documentation and local real estate markets is an advantage.

Salary: As per experience + Attractive Incentives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
