Role & responsibilities
Experience: 3+ years in Mechanical Purchase / Procurement.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Good knowledge of mechanical materials, components, consumables, and fabrication items.
Experience in vendor sourcing, vendor development, supplier evaluation, and procurement.
Experience in raising enquiries, obtaining quotations, preparing comparative statements, and processing Purchase Orders (POs).
Solid knowledge of price negotiation, commercial terms, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Experience in supplier coordination, material delivery follow-up, and payment follow-up.
Knowledge of mechanical drawings, BOM, material specifications, and technical requirements is preferred.

Preferred candidate profile
Basic knowledge of ISO requirements, purchase procedures,



and internal audit requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, ERP, and SAP.
Ability to maintain vendor databases, purchase records, quotations, POs, and procurement documentation.
Ability to prepare daily/weekly purchase reports and procurement status reports.
Preferred experience in Manufacturing, Fabrication, Engineering, EPC, Mechanical Projects, or Industrial Equipment industries.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
