Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
Promote and sell masala and food products in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly sales targets and increase market share.
Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
Manage order collection, product availability, and payment follow-ups.
Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
Ensure proper product placement and visibility at retail outlets.

Required Skills
Experience in FMCG sales, preferably in food products, spices, or masala.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of distributor and retail market management.
Ability to achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Aachi Masala, Eastern, MTR, ITC Foods, or similar FMCG food companies will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
