JOB SUMMARY The primary focus of this role will be designing visually appealing and engaging creatives for digital platforms, along with editing short-form videos and supporting social media content requirements. We are looking for someone who can translate ideas into impactful visual content while maintaining brand consistency and creative quality.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Graphic Designing (Primary Focus)
Create visually appealing graphics for social media, including posts, carousels, banners, advertisements, and promotional creatives.
Develop creative designs in alignment with brand guidelines and communication objectives.
Convert creative briefs and concepts into engaging visual content.
Maintain consistency in typography, colour schemes, layouts, and overall design aesthetics.
Explore recent design trends and creative approaches to improve visual communication.

Video Editing
Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, and promotional videos.
Incorporate transitions, text overlays, animations, and other visual elements to enhance video quality.
Create engaging video content tailored to different social media platforms.
Work on basic motion graphics and other creative video formats.

Social Media
Have an understanding of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.




Stay updated with social media trends, trending formats, and content styles.
Assist in brainstorming creative ideas for social media content.
Understand platform-specific content requirements and audience preferences.

Skills & Requirements
Solid graphic designing skills with a good understanding of visual aesthetics.
Hands-on knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.
Basic to intermediate video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
Understanding of social media platforms, trends, and digital content formats.
Valuable understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
Ability to understand creative briefs and deliver quality work within deadlines.
Good communication skills, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
A portfolio showcasing graphic design work and video editing samples is preferred.
