Job Description (JDE) – Facility Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage all facility operations and maintenance
Ensure preventive maintenance of utilities and infrastructure
Maintain HVAC, Chillers, AHU, Compressors, DG, Electrical Panels, Fire Fighting System, and STP/ETP
Ensure 100% utility availability for production
Control energy consumption and reduce operating costs
Handle AMC, vendor management, and service contracts
Ensure statutory compliance and safety requirements
Plan facility improvement and cost-saving projects
Manage facility budget, PR, PO, and spare parts
Support audits (ISO, Safety, Customer, Internal)
Lead emergency response and breakdown management
Develop and lead facility team, training, and performance

Utility Availability ≥ 99%
PM Compliance ≥ 95%
Energy Cost Reduction
Zero Safety Incidents = 0
AMC Compliance = 100%
Budget Control = Within Budget
