Monitor healthcare needs: Access patient data and track the success of their care plans
Assist patients: Help patients get the care they need, including medicines and specialized care plans
Communicate with patients: Serve as the main point of contact between patients and caregivers
Coordinate with healthcare professionals: Work with physicians, nurses,



and specialists to coordinate care
Manage business operations: Oversee administrative activities and allocate budgets
Create schedules: Create schedules for patients and caregivers
