What you'll do:
Manage after-sales service operations
Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality
Lead and support the Service Team
Monitor service performance and achieve targets
Handle customer concerns and improve service experience
What we're looking for:
Experience in automobile after-sales service preferred
Previous experience in Service Management or a similar role
Positive communication and leadership skills
Solid customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
Two-wheeler dealership experience will be an advantage
