Noboru Restaurant is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Captain to lead guest service operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and ensure a warm and qualified dining experience.
Manage the assigned restaurant section and oversee table service.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and coordinate with the kitchen.
Guide and supervise F&B; Service Associates and Stewards.
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, grooming, and hygiene standards.
Recommend menu items and promote upselling to increase restaurant sales.
Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and kitchen team for smooth operations.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in F&B; Service.
Previous experience as a Captain or Senior Service Associate preferred.
Valuable communication and guest-handling skills.
