Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and responsible Tele Sales & Back Office Executive who can efficiently handle customer calling, lead generation, sales follow-ups, data entry, documentation, and daily office coordination.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting sales activities as well as managing routine back-office operations to ensure smooth business functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Tele Sales & Customer Handling
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products and services to potential customers.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
Maintain daily call reports and customer follow-up records.





Back Office & Administrative Operations
Perform daily data entry and maintain customer databases.
Prepare and update reports using MS Excel and Word.
Handle documentation, filing, and record management.
Manage emails and coordinate with internal departments.
Maintain sales records and update customer information.
Assist the sales team with quotations, reports, and other documentation.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company records.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email handling.
Positive telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer and data-entry knowledge.
Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
