Job Title: Site Engineer – Solar Installation (Rooftop / Shed)
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in solar installation projects, particularly shed-mounted solar power systems. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and executing solar installation activities, ensuring project completion within timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and execute solar panel installation activities on industrial sheds.
Handle mounting structure installation, module fixing, and alignment.
Ensure proper installation of DC and AC electrical systems.
Coordinate cable laying,



cable termination, earthing, and electrical connections.
Monitor installation of inverters, solar modules, and associated equipment.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and single-line diagrams (SLD)

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or related engineering.
2–5 years of experience in solar installation projects.
Hands-on experience in rooftop or industrial shed-mounted solar installations.
Knowledge of solar modules, mounting structures, inverters, DC/AC cabling, and earthing.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
