Narrative & Pacing: Control the rhythm, timing, and flow of scenes to keep the audience engaged and ensure narrative continuity.
Post-Production Elements: Integrate music, sound effects (SFX), voiceovers, color grading, transitions, and text overlays or titles.
Multi-Format Adaptation: Resize, reformat, and repurpose content for different platforms (e.g., horizontal 16:9 for YouTube, vertical 9:16 for Instagram Reels, TikTok, or Shorts).
Revision Management: Collaborate with stakeholders (directors, marketers, or clients) to incorporate feedback and execute revision rounds efficiently.
Essential Skills & Competencies
Software Proficiency: Robust hands-on experience with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Apple Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects.
Storytelling & Creative Judgment: An intuitive eye for visual composition, timing, emotional beats, and seamless transitions.
Sound Design & Audio Mixing: Ability to balance dialogue, remove background noise, match audio levels, and sync music tracks to visual cues.
Contemporary Tech Fluency: Familiarity with up-to-date AI-assisted editing tools for automated transcription, captioning, and rough-cut acceleration.
Organization & Time Management: Meticulous file management practices to track multiple versions, project assets, and tight production deadlines.

Turnaround Time & Deadlines: Expected milestones, review cycles, and final delivery dates.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
