Job Description – Accounts Manager - Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 7 + years of hands-on experience in Accounts and Bookkeeping, with the ability to independently manage the complete books of accounts .
Experience in handling minimum 20 Crore + company. Manufacturing industry experience will be an added advantage
Audit & Finalization: Practical experience in handling audits, account reconciliations, and year-end accounts finalization.
Communication Skills: Valuable verbal and written communication skills in English.
Accounting Software: Robust working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other advanced Excel functions.
Statutory Compliance: Solid practical knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, and GST, including compliance, returns, and related filings.
Payroll Management:



Knowledge of payroll processing and related statutory compliances.
Client & Team Management: Experience in handling client communications and managing a small team of 1–2 members.
Accounting Coordination: Ability to coordinate accounting activities, handle reconciliations, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
MIS Reporting: Experience in preparing and presenting MIS reports, financial statements, and other management reports.
Ownership & Leadership: Ability to independently handle accounting operations, take responsibility, and guide team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Handling the Statutory Notices ( GST and other departments )

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
