Job Responsibilities
Welcome and greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom.
Create a positive first impression and make customers feel comfortable and valued.
Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate sales executive.
Ensure a pleasant and welcoming showroom experience.
Handle customer enquiries politely and professionally.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth customer service.
Maintain customer walk-in records and assist with follow-ups.
Maintain skilled grooming, discipline and a positive attitude.

Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum qualification: HSC or Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree).
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic to moderate English and Hindi communication skills.
Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented approach.
Confident, presentable and well-groomed.
Basic computer knowledge preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or retail will be an advantage.
Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.

Working Hours
Shift 1:



11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Shift 2: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Shift timings will be as per management requirements.

Joining Requirement
Immediate joiners preferred.
Freshers are welcome.
