Identify and acquire new customers for gold loan products. 2. Promote gold loan services through field marketing and customer visits. 3. Generate leads through direct marketing, references and local business activities. 4. Explain gold loan schemes, interest rates, repayment options and advantages to customers. 5. Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives. 6. Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers. 7. Conduct promotional activities in assigned areas. 8. Follow up with customers and convert leads into business. 9. Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth customer service. 10. Identify new business opportunities and improve branch performance. Required Skills: - Positive communication and convincing skills.



- Knowledge of sales and marketing activities. - Customer handling and relationship management. - Target-oriented approach. - Willingness to travel for field marketing. - Experience in gold loan or financial services is preferred.
