Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive (Fresher) to support our Finance & Accounts Department in daily accounting operations, financial documentation, and record maintenance.

Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day accounting activities.
Record purchase, sales, and expense transactions.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
Support bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Assist with GST-related documentation and data preparation.
Support monthly financial reports and statements.




Coordinate with internal departments regarding bills, invoices, and payments.
Perform other accounting-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Familiarity with Tally Prime / Tally ERP is preferred.
Understanding of debit, credit, journal entries, and ledgers.
Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria
B.Com / Any Related (Accounting & Finance) graduates.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with basic accounting knowledge will be preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
