We are seeking a detail-oriented candidate with a degree in any discipline to support purchasing, billing, and inventory activities. Responsibilities include preparing purchase orders, coordinating material purchases, maintaining accurate stock records, and assisting with invoice and billing documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process purchase orders for materials required by the Mechanical Department.
Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, material availability, pricing, and delivery.
Check received materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
Assist with checking supplier bills and invoices against purchase orders and received materials.
Maintain updated inventory records for materials received, issued, and in stock.
Maintain purchase, billing, and inventory documents.

Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of purchasing, inventory
Familiarity with MS Excel and purchase or inventory records.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
