Core Responsibilities
Team Management & Training: Supervise, motivate, and mentor a team of admission counsellors and telecallers. They conduct regular training sessions on phone etiquette, pitching Narayana’s integrated curriculum, and handling difficult parent objections.
Target Achievement: Own the branch or regional admission targets. They break down monthly and quarterly targets for individual team members and monitor daily pipelines to ensure numbers are hit.
Lead Allocation & Strategy: Distribute raw leads (from digital ads, field marketing, and market stalls) fairly and strategically among team members, ensuring optimal utilization and zero lead leakage.
High-Value Conversions: Step in personally to counsel high-potential or highly skeptical parents, resolving complex queries regarding fee concessions,



transport, or custom educational requirements.
Performance Review & Reporting: Analyze daily call volumes, walk-in ratios, and conversion rates. They generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for senior management (e.g., Branch Director or Regional Head).
Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate with the Field Marketing/PRO teams to ensure a steady inflow of quality leads, and sync with the academic team to organize smooth parent orientation programs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
