Job Summary

The General Trainer is responsible for assisting members with their fitness goals, demonstrating proper exercise techniques, maintaining workout safety, and ensuring a positive training experience for all gym members.
Key Responsibilities
Guide members in using gym equipment safely and correctly.
Assist members with basic workout routines and exercise techniques.
Demonstrate proper warm-up, stretching, and cool-down exercises.
Support members in achieving their fitness goals.
Monitor members during workouts and ensure safety.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of gym equipment.
Check gym equipment regularly and report any damage or maintenance requirements.
Assist new members in understanding gym facilities and workout procedures.
Maintain qualified relationships with members and provide valuable customer service.
Coordinate with personal trainers and the club management team.
Encourage member engagement, satisfaction, and retention.




Follow all gym safety standards and operational procedures.
Educational Qualification
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any relevant degree.
Certification in fitness training or a related field is preferred.
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of fitness, exercise techniques, and gym equipment.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and guide gym members.
Customer service and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of gym safety and basic first aid is preferred.
Experience
Freshers with relevant fitness knowledge or certification may apply.
Previous experience in a gym or fitness centre is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
