Key Responsibilities
Source Home Loan and LAP files through Direct Sales (DST), DSA partners, and local connectors (property dealers, builders, and CAs).
Meet prospective borrowers, check loan eligibility, and collect KYC, income proofs, and property title documents.
Coordinate with internal branch credit, legal, and technical teams to clear sanction conditions quickly.
Guide customers through loan agreement execution to ensure smooth and timely disbursement.

Requirements
Experience: 1–3 years in HL/LAP or mortgage sales.
Network: Strong relationships with local DSAs, connectors, and builders.
Education: Any Graduate degree.
Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license for field work.
