Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and honest Kitchen Helper to join our kitchen team at Zorba Restaurant & Hotel. Work is to support our Cook / Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
Vegetables cutting, washing, and preparation for cooking
Help Chef in making gravy, dough, marinations
Keep kitchen clean, hygienic and organized as per FSSAI
Washing utensils and kitchen equipment when needed
Stock checking - atta, sabzi, masala, gas, etc.
Serve food to service staff on time during rush hours
Follow Chef's instructions properly
Requirements:
Age: 18 - 40 years
Experience: Fresher / 6 months - 1 year preferred (Hotel/Restaurant)
Must be hardworking, punctual & clean
Ready to work in day + evening shift
