We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) for domestic sales. The primary role is to convert existing leads into confirmed projects, handle clients professionally, and manage the complete sales process, including follow-ups, negotiations, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with existing leads and convert them into confirmed projects.
Understand client requirements and pitch relevant IT services.
Confidently handle client calls, queries, objections, and negotiations.
Follow up with potential clients regularly to close deals.
Manage the complete sales documentation process, including proposals, quotations, and agreements.
Coordinate with clients to finalize project requirements and confirm deals.
Maintain lead records, follow-up status, and sales reports.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
