Role Responsibilities
Short-Form Video Creation: Create engaging videos of around 35–40 seconds for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
Educational and Promotional Content: Develop videos that clearly explain the company’s services, training process, interview preparation, and placement support.
Video Editing and Presentation: Edit videos using captions, transitions, animations, background music, and suitable visuals to make the content transparent and engaging.
Candidate Success Stories: Create videos on candidate achievements, such as receiving an offer letter, successfully joining a company based on verified information.
Content Planning and Trend Research: Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to align videos with marketing campaigns,



follow social media trends, and suggest current content ideas.

Required Skills & Preferred Candidates
Relevant experience in content creation, video editing, or social media production. Freshers are not preferred.
Knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software. Ability to create engaging videos with clear messages, creativity, and valuable storytelling skills.
Basic graphic design skills and the ability to work independently and coordinate with the teams

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
